John F. Ray, 91, of New Berlin formerly of Waukesha passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Linden Grove New Berlin Campus. He was born April 11, 1931 the son of LaMont and Frieda (nee: Knox) Ray. John was a 1949 graduate of Warren Township High School, and was proud to have served his country in the US Army. He was a dairy farmer and loved baseball, especially the Cubs.
He will be missed by his brother, Arthur Ray of Oak Creek, nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Paul A. Ray, LaMont Ray, and Frederick Ray, and sisters Irene Hutchins, and Elfrieda Russ.
Funeral services followed by military honors will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday August 10, 2022, at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring St., Union Grove, WI 53182.
