John Zass Ii

January 2, 1955 — January 29, 2019

John H. Zass II, of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at his home at the age of 64. He was born on January 2, 1955, in Milwaukee, the son of John and Mildred (nee Koester) Zass. He was a 1973 graduate of Waukesha South High School. He had worked for Herker Trucking for 20 years and was the owner of Custom Crafted Tackle. John enjoyed fishing, hunting, grilling, participating in fishing tournaments and exhibiting his tackle in fishing shows around the U.S.
He will be sadly missed by his girlfriend Michele Saugestad; aunts and uncles Lois (Paul) Breen and the late Elaine (Herb) Kremer; cousins David (Sanae) Breen, Steven (the late Lisa) Breen, Daniel (Jody) Breen, Carol (Wayne) Fetters, Maggie Kremer, Chris (Sue) Kremer and Jim (Colleen) Kremer. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the Time for Sharing at 12:00 p.m. at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave. in Waukesha.
