Jon R. Goede

Jon R. Goede of Waukesha was unexpectedly called home to glory joining his mother in Heaven on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the age of 64. He was born in Milwaukee on December 24, 1954 the son of Harold and Betty (nee Bruemmer) Goede. Jon was a longtime employee of Harken in Pewaukee. A man of strong faith, he was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church. Jon was a kind and gentle soul, had a great sense of humor and was dearly loved by his family and friends.

He will be sadly missed by his loving father, Harold Goede of Pewaukee, his beloved brothers and sister, Ned (Margie) Goede of Milwaukee, Lee (Mary Jo) Goede of Milwaukee, Tod (Dana) Goede of New Bern, NC, Jody (Chris) Goede of Hartland and Lori (the late Mark) Schoeckert of Lodi. He was the adored uncle of 13 nieces and nephews and 28 grand nieces and nephews. He is further survived by cousins, other relatives and many friends and co-workers. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 4:00 until 7:00PM at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 1052 White Rock Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186 from 9:00AM until time of the 10:00AM funeral service. Graveside services will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials in Jon’s name are appreciated to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church.
