Jose Manuel Acosta, of Palmyra, died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 44. He was born in Mexico on June 2, 1972 the son of Guadalupe Acosta Shanklin. Jose was a 1989 graduate of Waukesha South High School. For the past few years he was employed at the Smoke Pit in North Prairie. Jose was a kid at heart who enjoyed making people laugh with his great sense of humor.
