Joseph "Joe" C. Tessman

Joseph “Joe” C. Tessman of Waukesha found peace on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at his home at the young age of 18. He was born in Waukesha on November 1, 2001 the son of Rick and Karen (nee Holthe) Tessman. Joe proudly graduated boot camp in Fort Jackson, South Carolina and was a proud member of the Army National Guard of Wisconsin. He enjoyed many different activities and especially enjoyed watching MMA.

He is deeply loved by his entire family. He will be forever missed by his parents, Rick and Karen Tessman of Waukesha, his brother Donovan Tessman of Waukesha, his birthmother Shanika Portis of Minnesota, birth grandmother Gloria Henderson of Waukesha and his half-siblings, Quincy Portis of Waukesha and Julian Portis and Haven Portis of Iowa.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 18, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2400 WI-59, Waukesha, WI 53189 on Tuesday, November 19th from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral Mass. Graveside services will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
