Joyce Helen Sereno, of Juneau, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at her son’s home in Brookfield at the age of 70. She was born on February 17, 1942 the daughter of Charles and Dorothy Pynakker. Joyce worked for many years at Phillips Electronics later known as Microelectronics Module Corporation in New Berlin. She had a great love for animals and enjoyed reading, canning, gardening, knitting and crocheting. She will always be remembered for her willingness to put others first and for her gentle nature and kind, caring spirit. She will be sadly missed by her three sons, Joe (Mary Baker) Sereno of Brookfield, Ken Sereno of Waukesha and Jeff Sereno (Jackie) of Pewaukee, two grandchildren, Amanda Gayle and Russ Sereno both of Waukesha, step-grandchildren, Ashley Baker of Fredonia, Kimberly Baker of Brookfield and Crystal and Nathan of Pewaukee and two great-granddaughters Scarlet and Lynea. She is further survived by her brothers, Henry (Christa) Pynakker of Dousman, Dennis (Mary) Pynakker of Beaver Dam and David (Darlene) Pynakker of Arizona, by her four-legged children, Bear, Boomer and Wolfie, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 4:00 until the 7:00 P.M. funeral service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S.
