Juan "Taco" F. Sanchez

Juan F. Sanchez, age 71 of Waukesha, died at his home on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. He was born on July 19, 1936 in San Antonio, Texas. John was united in marriage to Matilde "Tillie" Herrera on May 3, 1958. After proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force, he was employed as an electrician for 18 years at Hein-Werner/Ackerman in Waukesha before retirement. John loved fishing and hunting, and especially spending time up north at their cabin with his family. He will be fondly remembered for his great sense of humor. John will be sadly missed by his wife of almost 50 years, Tillie of Waukesha; their five children; Mary Jane Sanchez of Waukesha, Michael John (Kim) Sanchez of North Carolina, Patricia Ann (Mike) Kurth of Waukesha, Joseph Andrew (Lynn) Sanchez of Georgia, and Catherine F. (Gregg) Frambs of Pewaukee; and 13 grandchildren: Michelle, Jason, Antonio "Tony", Matthew (Lauren), Joseph, Michael, Stephanie, Margaret, Amanda, Zachary, Candace, and Ryan. He is preceded in death by his parents, Maria Del Carmen and Canuto Torres. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 22, 2008 from 4:00 PM until the 8:00 PM Vigil Service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. A Funeral Mass will be Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha. Fr. Bill Key will preside. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha, with full military honors. Memorials in John's name may be made to St. Vincent De Paul Society, 305 E. Main St., Waukesha, WI, 53186.
