Kathleen Mcguire

Kathleen D. “Kathy” McGuire, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Froedtert Hospital at the age of 60. She was born in Wauwatosa on April 7, 1952 the daughter of Roland and Jeanne (nee Scott) Olson. Kathy retired from Bethesda Elementary School where she worked as a teacher’s aide for many years. She loved to garden and enjoyed dining out with her friends. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her husband of almost 40 years Michael McGuire of Waukesha and their children, Michael B. McGuire of Green Bay, Melissa (Michael) Fryatt of Genesee and Jason P. McGuire of Waukesha, and her two precious grandchildren Daniel and Tristan Fryatt. She is further survived by her brother Todd (Laura) Olson of Waukesha, her four-legged companion Riley along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff and their many wonderful friends at RiverGlen Christian Church for their care and support.
