Kenneth “Hooch” J. Sereno, 57 died on Sunday, April 28, 2019. He was born in Waukesha on December 11, 1961, the son of Albert and Joyce (Nee: Pynakker) Sereno. Hooch will be remembered for his love of the outdoors, his passion for trees, drums and the Green Bay Packers. He enjoyed assisting friends and family with tree trimming and tree removal. Ken loved playing the drums, often with his Dad’s band for weddings and special occasions.
Ken is survived by his son, Russell Sereno and his two granddaughters Lynea Wasilewski and Scarlett Sereno. He was the dear brother of Joseph Sereno and Jeff (Jackie) Sereno; nephew to Susie Sereno Cotton, Rick (Sue) Sereno, Henry (Christa) Pynakker, Dennis Pynakker and Dave (Darlene) Pynakker. He is further survived by his cousins, Greg Cotton, Andrea (Chris) Lemke, Mike (Kelly) Sereno, Blaine Pynakker, John Pynakker, Brandi (Donald) Mangus, Tatum (John) Hain and very special friends John & Laura Buckley, their children and Sue Johnson. He was preceded in death by his cousin Deacon Pynakker and his parents Albert and Joyce Sereno.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Randle-Dable Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave. Waukesha, WI from 2:00 PM until the 5:00 PM funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will take place on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Highland Memorial Park. Please meet at the cemetery at 10:00 AM.
