Leone Marie (nee Hendricks) Velazquez, age 84, passed away peacefully at Heritage Court-Waukesha on Saturday, November 23, 2019. She was formerly of Racine, Kenosha, and LaGrange Park, Illinois.
She is survived by her children Ivan (Gloria Villa) Velazquez, John (the late Joyce) Velazquez, Lucia (Dale) McCanna and David Velazquez.
