Lucille M. Brown

Lucille Marie Brown of Waukesha, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 26, 2017 surrounded by her family at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 90. She was born in Gallagher, West Virginia on June 10, 1926 the daughter of Robert and Ada Mary (nee Ferrell) Oliver. On March 12, 1947, she married Rev. Robert L. Brown Sr.; he preceded her in death on May 25, 2010. Lucille was a caring and loving person who enjoyed cooking, and loved the Christmas season. Most of all she cherished her family.

She will be sadly missed by her four children, Lucille Brown of Waukesha, Robert L. (Becky) Brown, Jr. of South Dakota, Mike (Kathy) Brown, Sr. of Colorado, and Gregory (Laurie) Brown, Sr. of Waukesha; her grandchildren: Teri (Jeff) Karlinsky, Steven Krivitz, Kelly Jacobson, Jaime Decker, Robert L. (Maria) Brown III, Billy Lee (Pam) Brown, Mike Brown, Jr., Molly Budd, Felicia Garduno, Gregory A. Brown, Jr., and Cassandra Brown; great-grandchildren: Tony, Zak, Kodi, Stephanie, Samantha, Tom, Julia, Josh, Kasey, Alexis, Jordyn, Brady, Kalie, Alyassa, Yanitza, Natalia, Isaiah, Camila and Mylana and great-great-grandchildren, Noel, Thomas and Jahniyah. She is further survived by her sister Lena Haskett of West Virginia along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, Robert and her parents, she was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 4 sisters.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 30th from 3:00 PM until the time of the 6:00 PM funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. Entombment will take place Monday, May 1st at 10:30 AM at Prairie Home Cemetery. Please meet at the funeral home at 9:30 AM for the procession to the cemetery.
