Hansen, Margaret “Peggy” (née Corson-Foerster) passed into the loving arms of our Lord Saturday, September 21, 2024. Peggy had a smile and laugh that could light up a room. She was a woman of faith and unrivaled self-discipline. Those who knew her will forever remember her iron-strong will & determination to achieve anything she set her mind to. 

An expert at her craft, Peggy was self-taught, then trained as an orthodontic lab tech. and later an orthodontic assistant for Reichl & Kostad. She cherished putting patients at ease, and valued the daily interaction between them and the conversations with co-workers she so adored. 

Peggy was happiest surrounded by her family and loved ones. Expertly hosting get-togethers for friends and family, she especially enjoyed cooking large meals for her children and grandchildren - alternating between all our favorite dishes – which we are ever grateful for and will always miss . Even the impromptu visitor received a warm welcome and attentive hospitality.

Peggy was preceded in death by her closest friend and confidant, Steve, and her dearest mother, Lola. Also, her 4-legged “son” Rascal, who kept her lap warm for so many years, will greet her with a twirl and wagging tail. Her father Zel will miss her greatly, and long time companion and friend, Doug. She’ll remain in the hearts of her children Stevie (Jason), Tyler (Deidre), Leah, and Melanie (Jesse III). Also, like a son, John. Her treasured grandchildren, Jayden (Jaedon), Lilly, Carter, Tomi, Nolan, Joe, Zach, Isaac, Jameson, Marshall, Lazlo, Luella, Monroe, & Jesse IV know “Grammy/Mame” is now their own guardian angel. Further survived by her brother Bill, sister Leslie, and the nephews and nieces she so adored. Peggy will also be missed by the many kids who lovingly grew up in her home & friends she held dear over the years. You will be missed. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. memorial service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Memorials are appreciated to the family.
