Maria H. Moran

Maria H. Moran, of Waukesha, died peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the age of 80. She was born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, on March 11, 1944, the daughter of Rubencio and Maria Clemencia (nee: Burgos) Colon. On February 18, 1978, she married Martin Moran in Waukesha. Maria worked at Goodwill as a sorter for over 15 years and retired in 2004. She was a very talented seamstress and did the sewing for her entire family.

She will be missed by her loving husband Martin of Waukesha and their children Adrian (Maria Judith) Morales of Puerto Rico, Jose (Colleen Sands) Morales of Waukesha, Ricardo (Monica) Moran of Muskego, and Jennette (Daniel) Sostre of Waukesha, grandchildren Andrialis, Shawn, Tony, Leonardo, Jennelle, and Hauk, and great-granddaughter Mariola. She is also survived by her sister Maria Visnita (the late Rafael) Ortiz, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her siblings Geronimo, Antonia, Julio, Carmen Ana, Victor, Ruben, Ramone, Neida, Carmello, and Dende.

Visitation will be held at Randle Dable Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186 Friday July 26, 2024, from 4:00 pm until the funeral service begins at 7:00 pm.
