Marie Casassa

Marie J. Casassa, age 77 of Waukesha, formerly of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Avalon Square. She was born on September 13, 1930 in Pennsylvania, the daughter of Louis and Philomena (Easter) Severine. Marie married Albert Casassa in 1953; he preceded her in death in 2001. Marie will be sadly missed by her daughter, Kelly (Duane) Schoon of Waukesha; her son, Jeffrey (Mary) Casassa of North Carolina; and six grandchildren: Andrew Schoon, Erin Schoon, Dana (Ben) Reed, Josh Casassa, Jeffrey Casassa, and Joey Green. She is also preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, John and Kelly Severine. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 from 5:30 PM until the 6:30 PM funeral service at First United Methodist Church, 121 Wisconsin Avenue, Waukesha. Private burial will be at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin.
