Meredith Ann Prohaska

Meredith Ann Prohaska, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 12. She was born in Waukesha on May 24, 2002 the daughter of Mark and Rebecca Prohaska. Meredith attended Summit View Elementary and was currently enrolled in the 7th grade at Butler Middle School in Waukesha. She enjoyed music, swimming, sports, basketball, movies, hanging out with her friends, and snuggling with her pets. Meredith was very creative and artsy and loved making art. She was always happy, witty, full of love, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

She will be forever missed by her father and mother Mark and Rebecca Prohaska, her brothers Patrick Prohaska and Nathan McKenzie-Prohaska and her sisters Margaret Prohaska and Michealla McKenzie-Prohaska. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 from 9:30AM until the time of the 12:00 noon funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186. Burial will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials are greatly appreciated to the family.
