Michael "Mike" Delos King

Michael “Mike” Delos King of Waukesha passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 62. He was born in Milwaukee on November 29, 1955 the son of Delos and Adrienne (nee Handley) King. Mike proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era. He worked for many years in the asphalt and paving industry. His greatest joy in life was his daughter Michelle.
He was preceded in death by his mother Adrienne Hansen. He is loved and will be sadly missed by his daughter Michelle King of Burlington, his father Delos King and step-mother Laura King of Waukesha, sisters and brother, Jeanie (Bob) Moat of East Troy, Lorrie Gottfried of Friendship, Dennis (Julie) King of Waukesha, Bobbi (Wayne) Duve of Muskego and Charlee (Joe) Simkins of Fowlerville, MI and close friend Colleen Limberg of Burlington. He is further survived by Alyssa, Kayla and little Paisley who he loved as his own, 17 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews, many cousins, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service with full military honors will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at East Troy Bible Church, 2660 North Street, East Troy, WI 53120. A celebration of Mike’s life will follow the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at his sister Bobbi’s home located at W187 S10676 Kelsey Drive, Muskego, WI. A light lunch will be served.
