Miguel Angel Cano of Waukesha died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 45. He was born in Monterrey, Mexico on August 30, 1972 the youngest child of Ramiro and Graciela (nee Guerra) Cano. Miguel was a hard-worker and was dedicated to his family. Miguel’s pride and joy was his son, Miguel. He loved going to support his son in his swim meets and looked forward to their weekly movie night.
He will be deeply missed by his son Miguel Alejandro Cano-Salazar of Waukesha and his mother Geovanna Salazar of Waukesha, his father Ramiro Cano of Mexico and his brothers and sisters, Blanca Cano, Ramiro Cano, Israel Cano, Silvia Cadena, Maria Armenderis and Rosa Guzman. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Graciela.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the 7:00 p.m. vigil service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Services continue at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 with prayers beginning at 9:30 a.m. followed by the procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 N. East Avenue, Waukesha for the 10:30 a.m. funeral Mass. Fr. Jose Nieto will preside. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family to be used to further his son’s education.
