Mildred Fredrickson

Mildred T. “Millie” Fredrickson, formerly of Waukesha, died Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Trinity Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama at the age of 87.  She was born on February 10, 1922 in Alabama to Dixie L. (Carmichael) Durden.  Millie married Herbert Frederickson, and together they lived in the Waukesha area for many years.  After his death, Millie moved back to Alabama to be closer to her family.  While in Waukesha, she was the owner and operator of her own upholstery business.  Millie is survived by her daughter, Carolynne Shum of Alaska; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2, 2009 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM at the Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S.
