Milton Ruege, age 80 of Lake Delton, Wisconsin died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at his residence with his loving family by his side. Milton was born April 22, 1932 in Sussex, Wisconsin the son of Edward and Bertha (Luedtke) Ruege. He had worked for many years as a dairy farmer. He loved the outdoors, fishing and bird watching. In March of 1989 he had married Patricia Sprong in Milwaukee.
Milton is survived by his wife, Patricia; a son, Ronald (Julie) Ruege of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin; daughters, Carol (Rick) Brunke of Eagle, Wisconsin, Linda (David) Koepke of Hartland, Wisconsin, Sharon (Scott) Johnson of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and Sheri Morris of Oshkosh, Wisconsin; a sister, Isabelle Holtz of Mukwonago, Wisconsin; 14 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and his former wife, Shirley Hengen of Ixonia, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Greg; a grandson, Kody Koepke and a brother, Clarence.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Walnut Hill Bible Church in Baraboo, Wisconsin at 6 P.M. with Reverend David Hutchens officiating. Visitation will be held from 3 P.M. until the time of service at 6 P.M. at the church. Further services will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. until the 1:00 P.M. funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 South Grand Avenue, Waukesha, Wisconsin with Pastor David Hutchens Dan Gunderson co-officiating. Burial will be at the Vernon Center Cemetery of rural Mukwonago, Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Home Health United Hospice, Walnut Hill Bible Church or the Reedsburg Area Medical Center.
