Nathaniel "Nene" A. Medina

July 14, 2015 — July 15, 2018

Nathaniel “Nene” Alberto Medina of Pewaukee became an angel following a tragic accident on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the young age of 3 years old. He was born with many odds stacked against him in Milwaukee, on July 14, 2015 the son of Nicholas Dischler and Kellie Deal. Nathaniel’s medical battles were many in his short time with us, but he battled like a fighter, beat everything handed to him, always with a smile on his face. Nathaniel’s laugh was infectious, and his happy place was the outdoors. He absolutely loved the movie Cars and Lightning McQueen. His favorite color was orange and there were never enough orange popsicles or hot dogs for Nathaniel. Nathaniel touched many lives in his short time here on earth and he will live on in the hearts of many.

He is loved and will be forever missed by his parents Nicholas (Dischler) Medina and Kellie Deal, his big brother Nolan Medina, his proud grandparents Daniel (Rebecca) Deal, Mary Dischler, Theresa Sobotik and David Sobotik, his great-grandparents Jose and Victoria Medina and Marianne Deal, his aunts and uncles, Vicky (Michael) Nicholson, Anthony Dischler, Jason Olivia, Daniel Deal Jr., Kaden Deal, Eliana, Dylan Sobotik, Brittney Sobotik, Ally Knock, Ashley Trad and Lydia (Ozzie) Rodriguez. He is also survived by many great-aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by great-uncles Tomas Hernandez and Joe A. Medina.

Nene, although you had to leave us before any of us were ready, we know you’re flying free in McQueen Paradise with no more pain and suffering. Your smile will forever fill our hearts.
