Pamela M. Schroeder

Pamela M. Schroeder, a lifelong Waukesha resident, died at Ruth Vitas Hospice on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the age of 72. She was born in Waukesha on January 17, 1952, the daughter of George and Bettyjane (nee: Mueller) Lichtie. Pamela was a 1970 graduate of Waukesha South High School and went on to work in food service at Carroll College and GE. She retired in 2016. She was a faithful former member of Evangelical and Reformed United Church of Christ where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She currently is a member at First Congregational United Church of Christ. She will be remembered as a beloved wife and mother and was very involved in the PTA when her sons were at Randall Elementary School. She enjoyed time spent at casinos, and with her family. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren

She is survived by her three sons, Pete (Amanda) Schroeder of Texas, Mark (Sarah) Schroeder of Waukesha and Ryan Schroeder of Waukesha. Her sister Jayne (Scott) Herring of Horicon also survives as well as her grandchildren Cailin (Joey Glenbocki), Sydney and Jordan. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survived. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert who passed away February 27, 2015, and her sister Debbie Sears. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM at Randle Dable Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Avenue Waukesha WI 53186. Reverend Brittany Barber will preside. Graveside services will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
