Patricia L. “Patti” Schwarzmeier, of Waukesha, died Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the age of 75. She was born on May 14, 1945, in Venice FL, the daughter of James Graber and Betty (nee Kreif) Lange. Patti moved to Wisconsin at an early age and later started the family that became her primary focus and love in her life. Patti had a deep and abiding faith in and love for the Lord Jesus.
Loving mother of Amy Schwarzmeier. Dear sister of Gary Graber, Nancy (Mark) Huolihan, Tom Graber, Laurie (Mike) Klafke and Jan (Charlie) Gary. She is further survived by other family and friends. Patti was preceded in death by her dad, Jim Graber, her mom, Betty Lange and her husband, Jerry Schwarzmeier.
Natural burial will take place on Friday, December 11, 2020 at Prairie Home Cemetery, 605 S. Prairie Ave. Waukesha, at 2:00 p.m
