Rachel P. Mindiola

Rachel P. Mindiola, of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 60. She was born in Arizona on January 9, 1965, the daughter of Gilbert and Betty (nee: Morales) Otero. She was a 1983 graduate of Waukesha South High School, and worked at Heale Manufacturing assembling wire harnesses for the military, Pentair Water Treatment and then as Manager at the McDonalds on Main Street in Waukesha until her retirement in 2021.

She will be sadly missed by her boyfriend Daniel Gallant of Waukesha, her children Danny Mindiola, and Allysa Mindiola both of Waukesha, her former husband and father to her children Dan (Susan Coogan) Mindiola Sr., her brother Mario (Fiancée- Amy York) Otero of Oconomowoc, and her sister Renee (John) Dyke of Tennessee. She was also loved by Daniel’s brothers and sisters Terry (Dave) Delsman, Jimmy (Brenda) Gallant, Katie (Jamie) Burns, Eileen (Andy) Smith, and Mary Nichols, and his parents Barbara and James Gallant. Nieces, nephews, cousins, all of the extended Mindiola nieces, nephews other relatives, friends, and her beloved dog Chubs also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Nora Lopez, and brother Gabriel Otero.

Visitation will take place Tuesday February 25, 2025 from 3:00 PM until the prayer service begins at 4:00 PM. at Randle Dable Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Avenue Waukesha, WI 53186.
