Raymond “Ray” G. Bauer, of Waukesha, died on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at LindenGrove Health Care at the age of 74 years. He was born in Milwaukee on October 13, 1939 the only son of G. Raymond and Margaret (nee Goll) Bauer. He was a 1958 graduate of North Division High School. He was a member of the Free & Accepted Masons of Wisconsin, Myron Reed Lodge #297 where he was raised to Master Mason in 1966. Ray worked for Evinrude Outboard Motors for 36 years, retiring in 1999. During his retirement he worked at Colburn’s Mobile for 10 years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Karen of Waukesha and their children, Carrie (Steve) Pflanzer of Oconomowoc and Brian Bauer and his special friend Mandy of Waukesha. He was the proud grandpa of Brandon and Andrew “A.J.” Ray is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2014 from 4:00PM until the time of the 7:00PM Masonic service followed by the funeral service at 7:15 PM all held at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Private family interment will be held at Highland Memorial Park on Friday. If desired, memorials are appreciated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Wisconsin Chapter 200 S.
