Rebecca Jopek

Rebecca S. Jopek (nee Birkhimer), 55, of the Town of Waukesha, died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on August 2, 1951 in Salem, Ohio to Edward A. Birkhimer and Margaret (nee: Calvin) Birkhimer. She had been employed as a buyer at Waukesha Engine. She enjoyed shopping and was the best friend to her babies, Lazer and Heidi. She will be missed by her husband, Michael of the Town of Waukesha, mother Margaret "Peg" Birkhimer of Winona, Ohio, brother Darrell (Cindy) Birkhimer of New Jersey. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Edward. A Visitation only will take place on Saturday, February 10th from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. A service of committal will be held at Woodsdale Cemetery in Winona, Ohio on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 1:00 P.M.
