Mr. Richard W. Hoston, age 55, died December 26, 2010 at his home in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Formerly of Gary, Indiana, he was born on August 28, 1955 to Robert L. and Martha (Ross) Hoston. Richard, often referred to as “Ricky,” gained the rank of Sergeant for his service in the U.S. Air Force. He later worked at Inland Steel for 15 years until an early retirement. Richard Hoston was preceded in death by his loving parents: Robert and Martha; and also by four of his siblings: Eugene Hoston, Frederick Cornelius Hoston, Tanya Elizabeth Hoston-Davis, and Margaret Rose Hoston-Fountain. He is survived by: his son, Richard W. Wilson; one brother, Robert L. Hoston; two sisters, Deborah J. Hoston-Frazier and Paula L. Hoston-Howell; twelve nieces/nephews: Ava, Wonda, Ronda, Alphie, Erika, Anthony, Paula, Crystal, Kelly, Kassy, Kenneth and Zachary; also a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, and other loved-ones. Mr. Hoston will also be missed and mourned by his best-friend, George Ljaschenko, and his many fine friends from Dave’s Restaurant, Waukesha, Gary, Los Angeles, and other locales. Services will be held on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, with visitation from 4:00 PM until the 5:00 PM funeral service. Services continue on Monday, January 3, at Guy and Allen Funeral Chapel, 2959 W. 11th Ave., Gary, Indiana 26404, with viewing beginning at 1:00 PM and funeral service at 2:00 PM.
