Robert Clarence Parchem

Robert C. Parchem, 91 passed away peacefully on Monday, January 1, 2024.  He was born in Reedsburg on July 24, 1932, to Louis and Violet (nee: Weir) Parchem.  Robert was owner of Interstate Tree Landscaping Company.  He and Mary (Parchem) Budzynski founded the business in 1962. Robert and Ruth Caryl Parchem operated the business for many years before, selling the company in 2003.  He and Caryl continued to work on the rental properties and were also involved in many real estate investments as well as a partner in the development of Reflections Village in Hubertus.  Robert loved to hunt and fish and was a devoted partner to Ruth Caryl Parchem for many years.

He is survived by his partner and best friend, Ruth Caryl Parchem of Delafield, his former wife, and mother of his four children Mary (Parchem) Budzynski, his children, Robert Louis Parchem, Sherri Lee Parchem, Patti Sue Laabs and Cynthia Lou Parchem. He is the dear grandfather to Brandon (Katie) Parchem, Tyler (Deanne) Laabs, Jeremy Laabs, Lucas (Asche) Laabs, Olivia (Jonathon) Geldon, Sophia Laabs and Nicole (Wes) Hamlin; best great-grandpa to Ayden, Alora, Fisher, Brielle, Nathan and one on the way. He was further survived by his brother Gene (Marcella “Marcy”) Parchem, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 W. Capitol Dr, Brookfield from 1:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 PM.  Entombment will follow the service.
