Robert “Bob” Pechanach, Jr., of Colgate, formerly of Genesee passed away at AngelsGrace Hospice on Monday, June 28, 2010 surrounded by family and friends at age 62. He was born in Milwaukee on August 16, 1947 the son of Robert and Sophie (nee Vitas) Pechanach. Bob served as Milwaukee police officer for many years before retiring from the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department. He was currently employed by the Wisconsin Professional Police Association. Bob was the ultimate Wisconsin Badgers fan. He will be dearly missed by his wife Cindy (nee Kubiak), son Robert III “Bobby”, his wife Erin, and their children Alexander and Maja, daughter Angela and her daughter Olivia. He will be deeply missed by sisters: Marie (Bill) Radoszewski and Kathleen (Ken) Grenier as well as many other relatives and friends. He also leaves behind two beloved furry friends Josie and Oliver.
