Waukesha-Lifelong Waukesha resident, Robert C. Pike, age 80, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at his Waukesha home. He was born on April 25, 1927 in Waukesha to Louis C. and Blodwen (Roberts) Pike. Robert was a WW II Navy Veteran. On July 16, 1949 he married the former Shirley Green. Mr. Pike retired from Waukesha Rubber. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his children: William (Joan) of Balsam Lake, Jeffery (Judith), David (Mercedes), Thomas and Barbara (Randall) Schmid all of Waukesha, Linda (Daniel) Friemund of Dousman, Leona (David) Dyer of West Allis and Marilee (James) Turley of Waukesha; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He is further survived by his brother Warren (Marty) Pike of Dousman and a sister-in-law Marian Pike of Dousman. Other relatives and friends also survive. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Shirley, brothers: Louis Jr., Bruce and Harold and a grandson David Dyer. Visitation for Robert will be held on Friday, June 29, 2007 from 4:00 P.M. until the 7:00 P.M. Memorial Service at the Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue.
