Ronald A. Beller, of Wautoma, died Monday, April 28, 2014 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac at the age of 84. He was born on January 6, 1930, in Waukesha, the son of Albert and Grace (nee Brown) Beller. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. On January 2, 1954 he married the former Mary R. McGavock. He was the owner of B & B Construction, in Wautoma, for many years. He enjoyed electronics, fishing and hunting and his favorite place to go was the Chippewa Flowage and loved to vacation in Arkansas.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 60 years, Mary, of Wautoma along with their children Cynthia (William) Hazel of Waukesha, James (Ronda) Beller of Texas, John (Sue Zabel) Beller of Reeseville and Margaret (Tim) Thrasher of Waukesha. Dear grandfather of Michael (Melody) Hazel , A.J Beller, Shane (Zuzana) Beller, Samantha Beller, Austin Beller, Tyler Thrasher and Ryan Thrasher and great-grandfather of Dalton and Savannah Hazel. He is further survived by his brothers Richard Beller of East Troy and Thomas (Carol) Beller of Waukesha; sisters Ramona Morehouse of Waukesha, Kathleen Sumpter of Adams, Nancy Person of Arkansas, Lynda Beller of Greenfield and Jennifer (Donald) Hibbeln of Trevor, WI, many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother William.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2 from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 Noon funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha. Burial with Full Military Honors will follow at Salem Cemetery in Wales.
