Ronald Peters

Muskego-Ronald L. Peters age 65, died Sunday, September 3, 2006 at his home. He was born in West Allis on August 21, 1941 to Kenneth R. Peters, Sr. and Edna (nee Stefan) Peters. Ron worked for 30 years at Pabst Brewery, where he was also on the executive board. After Pabst closed, he worked at Associated Spring, retiring in 2006. Ron was involved in many areas of service including: President of the Muskego Historical Society for almost 20 years; former member of the Muskego/Norway school board, member of the Muskego American Legion Post #356, member and elder at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, former member of MENSA and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1959-1962 traveling around the world.       He is survived by his wife Dr. Cathleen Morris of Muskego; his children: Michelle Jeanne (Jeffrey) Ksobiech of Waterford, Jill Suzanne Peters of Big Bend, Aaron Lowell (April) Peters of Plymouth and the late Lee Allen Peters; grandchildren: Nicholas Stephen Ksobiech, Ryan Stephen Ksobiech, Devin Aaron Winegarden, Kera Suzanne Winegarden, Alyssa Erin Peters and Matthew Aaron Meitz; brothers: Kenneth Rodney Peters Jr. of Las Vegas, Dennis Lowell (Iris) Peters of Las Vegas, Thomas Allen (Pausha) Peters of Lebanon, Oregon and his sister Sandra Kay (Paul) Karczewski of West Allis. Other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation for Ron will be held on Friday, September 8, 2006 from 4:00 ? 8:00 P.M. at the Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Visitation continues on Saturday, from 2:00 ? 3:00 P.M. at the Bethesda Presbyterian Church, W278 S3159 Bethesda Church Road, followed by the 3 P.M. funeral service with the Reverend Daniel Schowalter officiating. Full military honors will take place at the church following the service. Committal service will be private. Memorials are appreciated.
