Ruth L. Parkhurst

Ruth L. Parkhurst most recently of Elkhorn died on May 10, 2023 at the age of 93. She was born in Racine on November 27, 1929 the daughter of George and Adeline (Sorenson) Jamieson. Ruth enjoyed camping, fishing, playing games, cards and in retirement spending time in St. Germain with her husband in their motorhome. She was intelligent, detailed and a talented seamstress.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Carol (Ric) Jones of Eagle; her grandchildren, Brandon (Jessica) Morris, Sarah Shelstrom, Joshua (Janelle) Jones, Amy (Nate) Nixon, Andrew Parkhurst and Adam (fiancée Nicole) Parkhurst and great-grandchildren, Amber, DeAnthony, Hailey, Maccoy, Adeline, Aubrey, Zayden, Harley, Avery, Parker and Quinn. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale, son David, and sister Doris (Robert) Waite.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 4:00 pm until the 5:30 pm memorial service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha.
