Scott A. Sheahan of Ixonia died unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at the age of 47. He was born in Iowa City, Iowa on June 27, 1969 the son of E. Thomas and Carolyn (nee Weart) Sheahan. On May 9, 1998, he married Jamie (nee Makovec). Scott managed a local media store in Brookfield for many years. He had a passion for music and enjoyed going to concerts. Scott was an avid Chicago Bears and St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed watching the Simpsons. He had a big heart and was a patient and kind person who was someone you could go to if you needed anything. Scott loved a good joke and will always be remembered for his kind and gentle soul and as a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend. Above all, his greatest joy was his son Sam.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 18 years, Jamie of Ixonia, his children Samuel Sheahan of Ixonia, Eric Pinnow of Milwaukee and Amy (Adam) Vinney of Watertown, his parents E. Thomas and Carolyn Sheahan of Waukesha/Florida, his brother Michael (Amie Rahe) Sheahan of Madison, his sister Ann (Fred) Howard of Waukesha and his granddaughters Mya, Rayah and Aubrey. He is further survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law James and Judith Makovec of West Allis, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, many friends and his four-legged friends, Mittens, Lulu and Lola.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 5, 201 7 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues at the funeral home on Monday, February 6th from 12:00 noon until the time of the 1:00 p.m. funeral service. Burial will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.
