Steven "Steve" C. Greene

Steven “Steve” C. Greene, of Waukesha, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 64. He was born in Watertown on December 21, 1949 the son of James and Gloria (nee Zindars) Greene. Steve worked as a truck driver for General Cartage and then at Harris Lumber where he retired. He was a member of Teamsters Local 200. Steve had a great memory, enjoyed music and loved his family. He will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and as a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

He will be sadly missed by his children, Andrew (Brenda) Greene of Wisconsin Rapids and Chelsea Greene of Waukesha and their mother Pamela. He was the dear grandfather of Lindsay, Olivia and Eva Greene and the beloved brother of James Greene, John (Cheryl) Greene, Marnee Leonard, Wendy Bacon and Scott (Pamela) Greene all of Waukesha. He is further survived by his aunts and uncle, Harriet Greene of Waukesha, Thomas (Nancy) Greene of Waukesha and Joanne Horst of Hartford along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Holly Wild.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2014 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues on Monday, October 27, 2014 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 300 Carroll Street, Waukesha from 10:00AM until the time of the 11:00AM funeral service. Pastor Karen Pahl will preside. Graveside services will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to the family.
