Susan C. McDonald, of Waterford, formerly of Waukesha, died on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at her home at the age of 78. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on July 9, 1936 the daughter of Richard and LaVerne (nee Werner) Danielson. Susan was a crafty person who enjoyed woodworking, sewing, needlepoint and her “chaos and debris”. She loved birds, especially her parrots and cherished her family and grandchildren. There wasn’t a person that met Susan who did not love her, and she will always be remembered for her kindness, uniqueness, and creative soul.
She will be sadly missed by her sons, Timothy (Natalie) McDonald of Franklin and Lawrence McDonald of Waterford, her grandchildren, Melissa (Mike) Ziarek, Taylor McDonald, Jocelyn Birner, Stephanie (Joel) Fus, Mary Weber, Nathan (Stephanie) Weber and Cameron (Kelly) McDonald and her great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Sydney, Kiya, Jayden, Adalynn and Annabelle. She is further survived by her sisters, Ruthie (Bill) Close and Sally (Julius) Robertson along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Benjamin, her daughter Heidi Weber and her brother Ricky.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 4:00PM until the time of the 7:00PM funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Private entombment will take place on Tuesday at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha. Memorials in Susan’s name are appreciated to HAWS, 701 Northview Road, Waukesha, WI 53188.
