Thomas E. Mautino

Thomas E. Mautino, 76, of West Allis, passed away on December 30, 2023, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.

He was born in Tomah, December 13, 1947, to Joseph and Beatrice (nee: Opper) Mautino.  He graduated from Tomah High School in 1966.  On August 5^th 1972 he married Gloria Jean (nee: Meisenburg ) she preceded him in death May 10, 1990.  Tom worked as a welder, a machinist, a clerk at Olson’s Ace Hardware in Waukesha, and as an over the road truck driver. He was proud to have served in the US Navy as a Hull Technician aboard the USS Mitscher.  Tom was a model Railroad enthusiast and was a member of the Gandy Dancers Model Railroad Club.

Survived by his sons Joseph (Amanda) Mautino of Beaverton, Oregon, and John (Patricia) Mautino of Leonardtown, Maryland, grandson Aiden, brother Donald (Carolyn) Mautino of Tomah, sister Judy (Earl) Lueck of Watertown, other relatives and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife Gloria.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Froedtert Hospital‘s NICU nursing and staff for all they have done for Tom.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Randle Dable Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Avenue Waukesha, WI 53186 from 12:00 PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM.  Deacon Scott Campbell will preside.  Graveside services with full military honors will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday January 8, 2024, at St. Joseph Cemetery.  Please meet at the cemetery.
