Vicki L. Sulsberger, of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at her home at the age of 77. She was born on March 4, 1947, in Appleton, WI, the daughter of Robert and Catherine (nee Shreve) Hughes. On April 12, 1969 she married Harry H. Sulsberger. She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. For many years she taught at Big Bend Elementary. She was an avid reader and loved her cats.

She is survived by her children Joshua (Jocelyn) Sulsberger of Mequon and Jill (Ian) Radcliff of Waukesha; grandchildren Georgia Sulsberger and Zaine Radcliff; and siblings Tom (Susanna) Hughes, Jim Hughes and Sally (Terry) Hanney. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and lifelong friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry on October 10, 2006.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until the 5:30 p.m. memorial service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Memorials in Vicki’s name are appreciated to HAWS, 701 Northview Rd., Waukesha, WI 53188.
