Wanda Corene Kohnert

Wanda Corene Kohnert of the Town of Brookfield passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at her home at the age of 84. She was born in Olive Branch, IL on October 13, 1935 the daughter of Dillard and Mary (Bishop) Masterson. Wanda lived most of her life in Illinois until her move to the Milwaukee area in 1984. She worked as a CNA at various places over the years. Wanda enjoyed shopping, decorating and loved going to the casino.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Eric Kohnert of the Town of Brookfield, her sons, Michael (Mary) Olson of Prairie du Chien, WI, Ronald Baldwin of Nashville, TN, Dennis Olson of Cedar Rapids, IA and Jeffrey (Monica) Olson of Tinley Park, IL, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren with another on the way. She is further survived by her sister Faye Williams, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Dillard Masterson, mother and stepfather, Mary and Busch Williams, and sisters Catherine Walters and Shirley Dunn.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 12:00 noon until time of the 1:00 p.m. funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Burial will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
