Wayne E. Mueller, of Waukesha, died peacefully on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Lynnwood of Delafield at the age of 77. He was born in Milwaukee on March 22, 1938 the son of Herbert and Alice (nee Heilmann) Mueller Sr. On May 6, 1962 he married Lorraine Becker at Trinity Lutheran Church in Waukesha; she preceded him in death on August 8, 1993. Wayne was a dedicated employee of Spancrete for more than 30 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved working on his hobby farm, raising his animals and tinkering with his tractors. He had a zest for life and always had a smile for everyone.
He will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted daughter, Lorie (Gene) Scherf of Waukesha and his brothers and sisters, Stuart (Beth) Mueller, Herbert (Charlotte) Mueller Sr., Judy (the late Al) Reinhart, Pat (Jim) Hamilton, Alice (the late Bob) Schatz, Bonnie Ihlenfeld, Jeannie (Barry) Lawson, Jenny (Phil) Hutchinson and Joanie (John) Lulich. He is further survived by his brother-in-law Bill Sackett, sister-in-law Diane Mueller along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife Lorraine and his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Kathy Sackett and his brother Daniel Mueller Sr.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the 7:00 p.m. funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, August 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha. Please meet at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. for the procession to the cemetery.
